I served together with the Mesa Law enforcement Division for 20 years. More than my career I served from the Dobson Patrol Division, Police Training Division like a Recruit Education Officer, and fulltime SWAT. Through my 11-years over the SWAT crew I served like a sniper and sniper Crew Leader, operator and Team Leader in the undercover SWAT squad, deputy US Marshal assigned on the US Marshals Violent Offender Process Force. For the duration of my SWAT assignment I also oversaw the Mesa Law enforcement Primary SWAT Faculty that was held yearly, which assignment I held for four several years. I had been also a Sergeant in both patrol and for a Workforce Chief within the SWAT workforce. Like a chief, I felt it had been my job to operate with the officers that were my subordinates to make sure they gained the training, devices, and assist they desired and deserved from the law enforcement office.
